För att göra ert museibesök så bra som möjligt behöver ni veta det här:

• Vi har begränsad tillgång till guider (alla jobbar ideellt). Därför kan vi kanske inte uppfylla ert önskemål om speciell visningstid, men vi försöker alltid.
• Eftersom museet inte är så stort till ytan, kan vi ta emot högst 24 besökare samtidigt.
• Vi guidar i grupper om max 8 personer. För yngre besökare vill vi helst att varje grupp har en egen ledare/assistent/förälder med.
• Är ni ett större sällskap, som vill besöka museet under en helg när vi håller öppet för spontana besök? Då fyller även ni i en vanlig tidsförfrågan, så att vi är förberedda med guider.
• Tänk på att ange ifall ni inte önskar visning med guider, utan bara avser att använda Scoutmuseet för sammanträde, arbetsträff eller liknande. Då räcker det med att vi förbereder lokalerna och har en museirepresentant där.

Du får en kopia på din tidsförfrågan som kvitto (kolla att du fått den). Kopian skickas till den e-postadress (obligatorisk) som du angett i formuläret.

För att museet ska kunna förbereda bra guidade visningar, behöver vi tydliga uppgifter om kontaktperson, antal besökare och kategori (upptäckarscouter, ledare, gillescouter, tidigare scouter, intresserade utomstående etc).

Make a time request for your museum visit

We welcome visitors of all categories – young and old, scouts and non-scouts. In order to make your museum visit as successful as possible you need to know this:

• We have a limited pool of guides (everyone works voluntarily). We may therefore not be able to meet your wish for a specific visiting time, but we will always try.
• Since the museum is not that big in area, we can take in a maximum of 24 visitors at a time.
• We guide in groups of no more than 8 people. For younger visitors, we prefer that each group has its own leader / assistant / parent.
• Are you a larger group, who want to visit the museum during a weekend when we are open for spontaneous visits? Then you too should fill in a request form, so we will be prepared with guides for you.
• Remember to state if you do not want a guided tour, but only intend to use the Scout Museum for a board meeting, working seminar or the like. Then it is enough that we prepare the premises and have a museum representative there.

Time request

Press the ’Send’ button in the form, and your details will be sent to our booking manager (Mats Thorby).

You will receive a copy of your time request as a receipt (check that you have got it). The copy will be sent to the e-mail address (mandatory) that you specified in the form.

In order for the museum to be able to prepare good guided tours, we need clear information about your contact person, number of visitors and category (guides/scouts …-… yrs., leaders, guild scouts, former scouts, interested outsiders, etc.).
